- Submit a loan application and all your documents quickly to your lender
- Schedule a home inspection (your Realtor will negotiate repairs for you)
- Setup homeowner’s insurance
- Your Realtor will handle all the behind scenes things required in real estate – appraisal, title insurance, title search, survey, legal paperwork, scheduling closing, etc.
