I create a customized marketing plan and calendar for each listing that includes social media, internet advertising, property brochures, open houses, postcards and more.

Negotiating an offer on your home is not just about price, it includes coming to terms on financing, inspection, appraisal, date of possession, required repairs, inclusion or exclusion of furnishings and equipment, home warranties, title insurance, and more. I will personally negotiate on your behalf, verify all offers, and manage the contracts and legal paperwork to get you successfully to closing.
